Below only applies to the old version 3 of EasyHelp/Web.

The RTF that Arabic Word creates does not work with the normal version of HCP. I stress that this is not a problem with EasyHelp/Web.

For Arabic versions of Word you need a Help Compiler that supports Arabic. You should try the 32 bit compiler (HCRTF) or the Hebrew compiler
