Below only applies to the old version 3 of EasyHelp/Web.

We used to automatically swap to the correct language as part of the first time user set-up but had to remove this functionality because of serious bugs in Microsoft Word.

It's easy to solve by:

1 Load the EasyHelp template into Word (easyhelp.dot)

2 Choose Tools | Language and set your defualt language for the template.

N.B. Using this method you could attach a different dictionary to your each of your own templates, if neccesary.
