Below only applies to the old version 3 of EasyHelp/Web.

Basically, the user must use a Help Decompiler to turn the original HLP file to RTF format, then using the RTF, run RTFtoEasy from the EasyHelp/Web Extras Toolbar. From there, the user can Process for Help or Web.

It is a two step process:

1. Decompile the Help using the Help Decompiler. Or if you have the original RTF continue with step 2
2. Load your RTF, Save as a DOC, attach the EasyHelp template and run 'RTF2Easy' on the Extras toolbar.

Now you have a document that can be processed as Help or HTML
