Below only applies to the old version 3 of EasyHelp/Web.

SHG files are not recognised by Word at all. You always insert BMP or WMF into Word as 'link to file' graphics. EasyHelp/Web will substitute the reference to a reference to a .SHG file *if* it finds a SHG of the same name in the 'project picture folder'

1. Put the original .BMP in you document using Insert | Picture | Link to file
2. Put the .SHG file in the graphics path for your project
3. EasyHelp/Web sorts out the rest when your Process and Build!

Note. You use the hotspot editor SHED.EXE to mark areas on your .SHG file as links to other topics.
