Below only applies to the old version 3 of EasyHelp/Web.

By default EasyHelp/Web uses the heading at the beginning of the topic. (i.e. the Green or Blue paragraph). If this is blank for some reason the topic will not have any keywords and therefore will not appear on the search dialog.

Use Alt + K to assign new keywords to topics. Normally to make the keywords more suitable you can also edit the keywords statement to put in your own. Click the details button to do this.

[Apples]

keywords=Fruit;Hard

[Oranges]

keywords=Fruit;Soft

[Carrots]

keywords=Veg;Hard

Notice multiple keywords are separated by semi colons. Searching for the key word 'fruit' will show the Apples and Oranges topic.

Note

Look on the help for AutoKeywords or in the What's new section as there is a *new* feature to create keywords automatically from all the words in a topic heading.
