Is there any way to create a list of topic names and corresponding topic numbers?

Each document creates an 'H' file - documentname.h

This contains the name of the topic and its number - you will need to compile a list yourself or give a copy of the H files to your programmer.

Open the H file using notepad, then just cut and paste to create a list without to much fuss.
