Can our Help files be used on Networks (all the files are updated at one place and accessible to all through the network)?

Yes. Make sure all the files used by the Help are stored in one folder.

You can locate your Help files (.HLP) anywhere you like once you have built them.

You can configure EasyHelp via the PROJECT options to use file from anywhere and put files to anywhere by specifying the Folder locations when you are editing the project.

Of course we recommend a traditional staged approach where you separate your development environment from your live environment.
