Embedded Pictures in Word do not work! You *must* insert your pictures as 'link to file'. (Insert | Picture | 'Link to file') Then EasyHelp/Web will put in a proper HTML reference to a GIF or JPG file.

If you are producing Help files as well as HTM file you can insert .BMPs and .WMFs in your word document but you must also make sure a .GIF version available in the right directory.

EX5.DOC should illustrate this.

Put the .GIF files in the same directory as the .HTM files. However you can place the GIF files in a separate graphics directory and use the 'relative graphics' path on the Advanced Project Options.

Take a look at our site you will see that we have a single graphics directory but other sub directories for the Web pages. We did this using different projects.
